Our after-school Art and Crafts club has been a huge success and the children have produced some amazing work with Mrs Senthilkumar. During the last 5 weeks, they have added to their original drawing and have taken their time to create each section. The artwork the children have completed coincides with art lessons in Year 3 as they have been learning about the different colours and brush strokes that Vincent Van Gogh has used. They also discussed the contrasting colours and were able to distinguish and mix primary colours as well as secondary colours. Mrs Senthilkumar cannot wait to start art club again with another group and we are looking forward to seeing what they will create next.
